A stunning large handmade, hallmarked, reversible fine silver pendant. This is a real statement piece. The front is enamelled in vibrant turquoise and orange over a fine textured surface and is set with a lab sapphire and a eyecatching lab zircon drop. The pendant is made in three parts and joined to give some movement when it is worn. The reverse has an intricate floral texture reminicent of brocade and is set with four lab sapphires and a tiny orange cz which all catch the light to add some sparkly colour. A truely unique, one-of-a-kind piece.
The pendant measures 68mm from the very top to the bottom of the gem set drop and it is 39mm wide.
The enamel I use is traditional vitreous enamel fired on in the kiln at 800°C using a technique that is hundreds of years old.
All my items are lovingly made in Hastings in the UK. I am passionate about using silver, enamel and glass and I really enjoy making every item. My work has it's own unique style and each piece is made individually by hand by me. Texture and colour are a major factor in everything I do, and the finish and craftsmanship is paramount. If you have any questions please do ask me.
Comes wrapped in an embroidered padded satin pouch for you to keep them in safely when you are not wearing them, or as a lovely presentation package if you are giving them to someone special. The pouch is perfect for taking jewellery with you when you travel and has small pockets all around the inside. Please note the colour of the packaging may vary, but it will always be of the same standard and style to the one shown on my main shop page. I also include a care card.
